“ I Had My Best Experience With Any Contractor That I've Ever Had Do Work At My House... I Called In For A Price Quote On My Existing Unit That Was Old And Not Working Anymore... I Was Given At Time & Day They Would Come Out... I Already Had Three Quotes Already For Replacing Both Unit's... On The Day They Were Scheduled To Come Out Iceberg Home Service's Tech Vic Called An Hour Ahead Of The Time I Was Given To Let Me Know His Eta And He Showed Up When He Said He Would Arrive... He Was Very Polite, Friendly, Professional And A Lot More Informative Than The Other Previous Company's That Came Out.. After He Throughly Assessed Everything I Relized That He Also Checked To See If It Was Just A Part That Was Needed To Be Replaced... So He Could Offer A Price For The Part That Was Bad Along With A Price On A New Unit And Give Both Options In The Quote That He Prepared... But Both Of My Unit's We're Toast... Even Checking To See If He Could Fix What I Had Instead Of Just Giving A Quote Says A Lot Alot About The Tech Vic And The Company... That's What I Call A Honest Company...
